Return & Refund Policy
• We follow a No Return policy for jewellery due to hygiene and customization reasons.
• Refunds are only applicable in case of a damaged or defective product received.
• To process a damage claim, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory showing the parcel from all sides and the entire opening process without cuts.
• Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
